Wild Horses are happy to deliver to international addresses. However there are restrictions on some items for certain international destinations, so please review the information on an item’s page carefully before ordering.
The price of an item excludes delivery charges.
Our delivery charges will be added on at the checkout and are as quoted on our site from time to time, The rates charged are weight-based. The weight of an item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
If you order products from our site for delivery to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to customs policies, import duties or taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, as they vary widely from country to country. You will be responsible for payment of any such charges on receiving your items. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item(s) and shipping options. However, these dates are not guaranteed.
If you have an account with us, you will be able to see the status of every order you've placed at Wild Horses, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your Wild Horses purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit note to use in the near future. ALL sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH PACKING.
We do not offer returns/exchanges on earrings, jewellery or rings for health and safety reasons unless such items are deemed faulty.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
To return/exchange your items simply let us know in writing within 10 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com.
Kindly remember to state your Order Number, Order Date, whether you wish to request for a Store Credit note or Exchange, products returned and reason for return.
Please place items in the original packaging, then return to: Wild Horses, 456 South Terrace, South Fremantle, Western Australia 6162
All items will be inspected on return. Provided that they are undamaged and returned correctly, a full Store Credit or exchange will be issued once we have received the item.
We recommend that returns/exchanges are shipped through tracked and insured means and that you retain your proof of postage. We do not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us, and we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. You must return the item at your own risk and cost.
We strongly recommend you handle all goods with extreme care and attention as they are solely your responsibility once you have received them.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
If you'd like to return your item for an exchange, please follow the standard returns procedure. We'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. If you wish to update this address, please include such information in your email request.
Please note you will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges for the new item.
If you have received an item from Wild Horses as a gift you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
